• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee relations and address any issues or concerns effectively.
• Implement performance management strategies to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Maintain HR compliance by keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
• Resolve conflicts and disputes within the organization in a fair and timely manner.
