·        Proven experience in Marketing and Sales, closing orders virtually or over phone

·        Experience of IT Industry or similar/related industry is a must

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone

·        Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

·        Persistent and result-oriented

·        Patient and have the knack to assess business needs

·        Proficient in English. Good team player.

·        Fresher or experienced candidate with IT Solutions knowledge , preferably from Engineering background
