Strong ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish by leading prospect from enquiry to close.
Experience in selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level executives to SMB and large
enterprises including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies in an inside sales environment is
required.
Execute Direct Sales Partner strategy to generate net new opportunities.
This position will manage a designated territory by knowing the market, knowing the customer and
knowing the ideal prospect to effectively close business.
Utilize CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and
adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated.
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a well-defined sales process working with the Inside
Sales Representative within an assigned territory to build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and
win business.
Experience generating 3x to 4x pipelines for B2B sales deals in most recent role is a must.
To demonstrate the key strategic account management for the key customers.
Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve organizational goal.
To manage the large Enterprise accounts end to end for high end cross platform sales.
To design the solutions around various product portfolio.
Accountable for managing the Sales (concept selling) in the assigned territories.
Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the stiff targets.
Forecasting and planning the sales targets with respect to various portfolios.
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing technical solutions & achieving delivery &
quality norms.
Able to handle assigned Enterprise level accounts, mapping all those.
Designing strategy to penetrate into new accounts & retaining existing ones.
Consulting Enterprise solutions, BI Services & Solutions, Cloud based Services & Solutions, IT security
services & solutions, Networking services & solutions.
Analyzing customer pain points, generating potential leads & suggesting appropriate solution.
To be dealing with IBM/Dell Servers, Storage & Backup solutions, as well as IBM software portfolio.
EMC storage & backup recovery solutions, Quantum backup solutions, IT Enterprise solutions, Cisco &
Juniper active networking devices.
Handling cases of server virtualization, VDI etc. As well, DC build & management, DR/ Near DR site
building. Also includes cloud based hosting services.
Key role in maintaining relations with all touch-points of an organization.
Managing multiple OEM & distributor relations.
Required Candidate profile
Must have degree, MBA would be as added advantage.
7+ years experience in Large Corporate / Enterprise / BFSI in IT Industry.
Sales skills (Sales, Presentations, Price and Terms negotiation, Problem management, Account
management, Account growth, etc
Strong presentation Skills,Strong Interpersonal skills.
Positioning as a liaison and trusted confidant to other departments.
Achieve or Surpass company revenue targets as set and revised from time to time by Direct Selling
and Large Account Management.
Sales Management, Customer Service, Accounts Management, Large Client Handling, Operations and
Lead generation.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Must be aware of the dynamic market trends & equip with latest technology.
Fair knowledge on the high end Risc/Intel Servers & High end storage.
Must be aware of various high end product range of IBM, Cisco, HP, Dell,NetApp, Veritas, as well Intel
platforms.
Must be aware of various high end storages products of IBM, EMC.
Should know the fair knowledge on Vmware, Quest, Microsoft, Symantec product
Account mapping, Customer Relationship management, New market trends, Marketing Initiatives and
usage of tools like ERP, CRM.
Comfortable presenting new solutions and ideas to customers as per the requirement.
Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
