Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. As a Tele Sales Executive at Club Value Holidays, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone for our premium timeshare offerings. This is a full-time role requiring excellent communication and sales skills, with a strong focus on customer service and product knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our timeshare products using scripts
- Answer questions about products, services, and the company
- Ask prospective clients questions to understand their requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information
