We are looking has experience in team handling roles in the timeshare industry or holiday resorts it's mandatory, to have a team leader for 1 year to 4 years

Team handling experience minimum of 5 to 10 employees.

Key Skills Needed for the Job:

Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power. (Being rude never gets you anywhere)

Should be able to work with a Team.

*Good at Computers.

The ability to think on your feet and have a plan

Have a script, speak slowly and clearly

Be prepared to have a positive conversation, and always end a call politely

Always take action on the calls made and received 

Requirements:

UG: Any, PUC, Any Graduate

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil other languages will be an advantage.
