Assist the Director in planning, co-ordinating and controlling room reservations and travel operations. Answer, confirm, and process reservation requests. Ensure all information pertaining to reservations is properly taken and entered into the system.

Handles daily correspondence, responds to enquiries and makes reservations as needed. Help members with planning and booking reservations for Integrated Resort, products and services

Procure, probe and acquire new property details on a continua’s basis and furnish the same details to the existing Member, Marketing Heads and Director.

Be customer centric with internal and external guests via all communication channels, processes reservations by mail, telephone, fax etc. Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.

Up to date with hotel, resorts cottages etc. information of events/activities to provide accurate information in a timely manner to existing Member, Marketing Heads and Director

Responsive to emergency situations in according to hotel, resorts cottages etc guidelines.Support other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Key Skills needed for the Job:

Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

Proficient in English Kannada Hindi Tamil, Telugu etc.
