Job Description:
·Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the Hotel sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of Organisations' objectives.
·Works with the management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market for the segment. Hotel Business strategies, Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of Hotel sales functions, and processes and recognizing potential opportunities.
·Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of its Resorts.
· Maximise all Revenue opportunities to Achieve stretched monthly & annual targets as per budgets and manage sales & cash flow in a result-focused environment.
· Effective sales presentations and closing deals with Corporates and Key B2B agents.
·Maintaining strong client relationships – OTA, Agents and Corporates.
·Develop new feeder markets, Identifying potential customers & business 0pportunities. Acquiring and developing new business accounts.
·Constantly liaising with CRM for inventory management & Resort leadership for revenue Management.
·Plan and develop marketing strategies and promotion plans. Plan and participate in Sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
·Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
·Hiring, Training, motivating, and coaching the HSD team as per plans & budgets.
· Analyzing & Reporting on Sales and Financial Data. Report on a Daily/Weekly / Monthly basis on HSD performance to the leadership team.
·Annual budget preparation, Sales & Marketing plan, and its execution.
Required Skills:
• Should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years plus work experience in Hotel Sales Depts and managed high volume Sales Functions at a senior level.
• Able to balance between task and people orientation
• Ready for a fast-paced corporate environment and able to thrive under pressure.
• Applicant must have Strong selling skills and techniques and possess sound knowledge of the Indian & International market
• Possess strong communication skills
Experience: 10 years overall experience with a background in direct selling
Qualifications: Graduate and above
