·Build customer relationships with Existing Members
· Manage customer communication both - Oral & Written
· Resolve customer issues within TAT
· Improve customer care by giving better service to the members
·Graduate / Post graduate from renowned university.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, Managers, senior manager’s) to address customers’ needs
·Communicating with customers to ensure a positive experience with the company's services.
· Expand customer base by guiding team members towards up selling and there by impacting revenue generation
· Experience is min 5-7 years
