Mid-Level Compliance Specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, policy development, auditing, minimum wages, labor and employment law, PF and ESIC. Full-Time position in Mumbai Suburban.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Ability to conduct risk assessments
• Experience in policy development
• Proficiency in auditing practices
• Familiarity with minimum wages laws
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws, PF, and ESIC regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure statutory payroll compliance for clients
• Manage shop & establishment compliance
• Conduct risk assessments and audits
• Develop and implement compliance policies
• Stay updated on labor and employment laws
• Provide expertise on PF and ESIC regulations
