Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our company's financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts, preparing and analyzing financial reports, handling invoicing, performing Tally data entry, and managing payment follow-ups. The role requires a keen eye for detail and strong financial acumen to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing P&L Accounts: Oversee and manage the company's Profit & Loss accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Invoicing: Handle all invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required by the management.
• Tally Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into Tally, ensuring consistency and correctness.
• Payment Follow-Ups: Manage and track payment follow-ups, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally and other relevant accounting software.
• Strong understanding of financial management, reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
