JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly driven individual to manage our Care Center operations effectively and efficiently. This requires expertise and experience in core operations management, working with various stakeholders to run the operations smoothly, measuring efficiency and optimizing processes.
This role will be the primary link between the Care Center team (clinical and customer support teams) and the account management team. The Care Center's internal operations are centered around a team of critical care doctors and trained nurses delivering clinical care remotely to multiple ICUs across the country.
The operations manager’s role in internal operations involves streamlining and augmenting defined processes, auditing, establishing workflows, developing innovative changes to workflows and functioning of the day to day Care Center operations. You will be working closely with the physician and nursing team leaders in addition to the customer support team. Some of your roles would be observational insights in improving clinical team efficiency to enable them to manage patients without compromising quality, owning processes for internal workflow and daily operational audits, restructuring existing and developing new metrics for operational success and cross departmental communications.
Some of your responsibilities will include identifying key clinical stakeholders on the partner side, facilitating meeting of service deployment timelines, documentation and sending progress reports with the ultimate goal of achieving high quality care delivery and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for developing, implementing and driving successful operations at the Care Center. This includes managing workflows and escalations across the different teams (physician, nursing, customer support, tech and IT) and managing the roster to ensure continuity of care.
- Identify and fulfill partner hospital goals and manage workflows. Create and execute communication and clinical workflows specific for a new partner. You will work closely with a physician manager and a nursing manager.
- Proactively address and solve problems so that clinical excellence goals are met.
- Create, maintain and update a document containing client focussed template based and specific operational information for all partner hospitals.
- Fostering a positive work culture and promoting teamwork.
- Responsible for adequately managing patient load for the clinical team including capacity management.
- Analyzing and reporting on trends at the Care Center level and at the partner hospital level. Liaising with the account management teams to ensure relationship management and process improvements at the bedside.
- Ensuring services performance and scalability. Identify improvement goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA from a premier university
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Highly organized and ability to multitask
- Self-driven and proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
