Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacologists. The clinical team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our technology experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help expert care providers connect to and care for patients. We have cared for nearly 70,000 intensive care patients across 17 states in India and saved numerous lives. JOB DESCRIPTION As a Neonatologist/Pediatric Intensivist at Cloudphysician, you will be responsible for patient care delivered remotely at our partner NICUs/ PICU. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of democratizing critical care in our country. You will actively deliver quality critical care remotely to NICUs across India, where access to quality neonatal care is limited. Our intensivists examine critical care problems and solutions at a population level in addition to individual-level care. In addition to clinical care, you can participate in cutting-edge technological advancement in telemedicine, research, management and education based on your interests. Our clinical team works closely with our technology team for constant feedback loops; this interaction is unique in healthcare. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Caring for neonates at the remote NICUs from a centralized care center ● Manage these patients and document their progress, troubleshoot ICU issues, coordinate bedside team in accordance with global standards, and escalate issues ● Should be aware of ICU patients monitoring parameters like SpO2, cardiorespiratory, NIBP, Invasive BP, CVP, ventilation parameters, non-invasive ventilation parameters, CPAP/HFNC settings and others ● Assisting or hands-on experience in procedures like CPAP/HFNC, intubation, initiating ventilation, securing central lines, and ABG sampling Cloudphysician Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. 7, Bellary Road, Ganganagar, Bengaluru, 560032 CIN: U74999KA2017PTC102283 E: info@cloudphysician.net Ph: +91-80-2309 2922 www.cloudphysician.net ● Conducting tele rounds which involve patient review, daily rounds, review of labs and radiology, drug charts, compliance to protocols ● Liaising with the bedside team actively and providing critical care expertise in real time to augment the delivery of critical care to the NICUs ● Check-ins with regular intermittent tele rounds on sick patients and initiating appropriate actions with the help of the tele NICU team in collaboration with the bedside team ● Documenting patient-level data and communication in our smartICU platform, RADAR keeping records of their health in NICU, diagnosis and documenting patients' symptoms and medical history. ● Identifying changes in the infantʼs symptoms and intervening in emergency situations ● Following appropriate guidelines and schedules ● Keeping and tracking records for vital signs like temperature, pulse, breathing, oxygenation and blood pressure, as well as any signs of distress due to birth asphyxia and trauma, respiratory distress, apnea, aspiration, sepsis, etc., in critically ill infants.
