Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Clippet Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. This is a full-time role requiring expertise in design project management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing various designing projects while efficiently coordinating with the team and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a design-related company.
• Design Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of design processes and project management within the design industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail and quality.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, address, and resolve project issues efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Lead and manage design projects through all phases, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Adjust plans as needed based on project developments.
• Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with design teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project goals and quality standards are achieved.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Quality Control: Ensure all design deliverables meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports, project updates, and final deliverables to clients and senior management.
• Continuous Improvement: Review project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.
