Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Clippet Technologies Pvt Ltd. This full-time role is based in Bengaluru and demands a proactive individual capable of driving sales and business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation and lead generation skills, along with substantial experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales experience demonstrating ability to close deals and meet sales targets (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close business deals and handle client objections (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven ability in lead generation across various channels including digital and traditional methods (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting ideas effectively
  • Strategic planning skills to develop and implement business development plans
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools to manage sales pipeline and client interactions


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry networks
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Negotiate client contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and services are delivered efficiently
