Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, experience with platforms like JUSTDAIL and INDIAMART, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role will involve generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales with hands-on experience using platforms like Justdial and IndiaMart.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Gender: Male (as per current team dynamics and requirements).

Target and Incentives:

  • Monthly Target: ₹2.2 LPA.
  • Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives will be provided based on target achievement and overall performance.
