  • Job OverviewAssistant Manager – ScientificKey ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive literature searches and provide scientific inputs for medical manuals, marketing presentations, and PowerPoint slides.
  • Lead the development and delivery of new product launch presentations to the marketing team and field force, providing technical insights on therapy areas and product details.
  • Responding to QueriesServe as the scientific point of contact for the field force and doctors, addressing queries and providing accurate, evidence-based responses to support customer relations.
  • Scientific Support to the BrandsStay up-to-date with the latest scientific data on products, therapy areas, landmark clinical trials, and relevant guidelines from scientific associations.
  • Provide technical and scientific support to the marketing and sales teams for both new and existing products, ensuring that all content is scientifically accurate.
  • Prepare prescribing information and validate marketing materials to ensure scientific accuracy and quality.
  • TrainingDevelop and conduct training programs (both fresher and refresher courses) for medical representatives, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest medical information and product details.
  • Disseminate medical information to ensure the field force is equipped with the knowledge needed to engage with healthcare professionals effectively.
  • New Product IdeationProvide the medical rationale for new product introductions and assist in the evaluation and ideation of new products, potential indication expansions, and innovative dosage forms.
  • PublicationsPrepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals, including original research and review articles related to the company’s products and therapy areas.
  • QualificationsEducational Requirement: M. Pharma or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of scientific concepts in pharmaceutical products and therapy areas.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and effectively to non-scientific stakeholders.
  • Proficient in preparing scientific content, presentations, and medical writing.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards related to medical marketing and publications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
