Job Overview
Clini Launch Research Institute is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive for our locations in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. This is a full-time junior position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales within the education technology sector. The role involves engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving conversions in a dynamic environment. South Indian languages are required, with Kannada speaking preferred.
Qualifications and Skills
- Edtech experience, understanding the intricacies of education technology to effectively communicate product benefits (Mandatory skill).
- Inside Sales expertise, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets through persuasive communication (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for efficient management and analysis of customer interactions and data.
- Effective cold calling skills to reach potential clients, generate leads, and build relationships over the phone.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and ensure mutual benefits for both the client and the company.
- Career counseling experience to assist clients in making informed decisions about engaging with the Institute's programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and foster understanding with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through effective cold calling and lead generation tactics.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into active accounts.
- Conduct career counseling sessions to present program benefits, answer queries, and guide decision-making.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track opportunities, customer interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals ensuring satisfaction for clients and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
- Provide feedback and insights to management regarding client needs and product development opportunities.
