We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our team at Clini Launch in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the clinical research industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional recruitment skills with a focus on candidate sourcing, recruitment, and team handling.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, and team handling (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruitment processes effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Candidate Relationship Management for nurturing long-term candidate connections.
  • Expertise in leveraging Social Media Recruiting to attract and engage potential talent.
  • Skill in implementing Data-Driven Recruitment Strategies to enhance decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various recruitment projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate potential accurately.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the clinical research industry.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job advertisements.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media channels to source active and passive candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on recruitment activities to management.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to ensure consistent and effective recruitment practices.
