Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at the Clini Launch Research Institute in Bangalore. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance market presence.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development or sales-related role within the education or clinical research industry.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders within the industry.
  • Strategic planning skills to develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies.
  • Customer relationship management skills for fostering long-term partnerships with key clients.
  • Proven sales skills with ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent negotiation skills ideal for closing deals and securing profitable agreements (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in relationship building to establish trust and rapport with industry professionals (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to achieve business goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the institute’s reach in the clinical research and education sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new partnership avenues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies that enhance brand recognition and attract potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and assess competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver effective business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and goals.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing to ensure smooth and efficient transitions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with organizational objectives.
  • Attend industry conferences, webinars, and meetings to network and enhance the company's competitive standing.
