Role Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our Cybersecurity Training and Certification Programs. This is your chance to play a vital role in expanding our footprint in the fast-evolving cybersecurity education space. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales & Target Achievement: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed enrollment targets for cybersecurity programs. 
  • Craft personalized proposals and training packages for corporate clients, government agencies, and educational institutions. 
  • Close deals and drive successful enrollments in our training programs. 

Market Research & Intelligence: 

  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and client requirements to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Stay updated with the latest in cybersecurity to effectively promote our offerings. 

Collaboration with Internal Teams: 

  • Work with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns and drive leads. 
  • Partner with course delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. 
  • Share client feedback to refine and enhance training programs. 

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM) is a plus. 

Experience: 

  • 1-4 years in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in education, training, or cybersecurity. 
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets. 

Skills: 

  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity training landscape and certifications. 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and adept at managing time and priorities. 
  • Basic technical knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
