Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team at Clinchfactor Solutions. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of human resources while working remotely. This full-time internship is open to freshers with up to 1 year of experience and is available for talented individuals in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Navi Mumbai, Delhi, and Hubballi.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Ability to assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
- Data Entry (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in data entry tasks ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining HR records.
- Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill): Keen eye for detail to verify data and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless introduction to the company.
- HRIS: Familiarity with human resource information systems to help maintain accurate employee data.
- Employee Relations: Basic understanding of employee relations to support resolving workplace issues appropriately.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Support the data entry process by accurately entering and updating employee information in our HR systems.
- Participate in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new employees, including document verification and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS platform.
- Contribute to employee relations efforts by supporting the resolution of workplace issues and promoting a positive work environment.
- Communicate with potential and current employees effectively, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Organize and manage multiple HR tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed efficiently.
- Assist in HR-related projects, meetings, and events to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
