We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in the healthcare domain to oversee the quality assurance of our healthcare software solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers, ensuring that all healthcare applications meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Develop and implement QA strategies and processes for healthcare software.
• Ensure testing activities align with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Oversee both manual and automated testing processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software testing experience, with 3+ years in a QA leadership role.
• Expertise in healthcare standards and regulations.
• Experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
