Role responsibilities:
* Setting up new projects, in close coordination with client-facing and operations teams.
* Managing multiple projects independently.
* Monitoring projects while in the field to ensure quality and timely completion.
* Coordinating and managing internal data collection activities to client specifications, on time, and on budget.
* Interacting with clients (authors), freelancers, printers, and in-house teams and developing relationships with them as a go-to person.
* Reviewing and approving work done by freelancers and in-house teams.
* Creating and managing schedules.
* Creating cost estimates and managing budgets.
* Taking complete ownership and responsibility for each project and ensuring the highest levels of quality at every stage.
* Managing freelancers when needed.
