Roles and Responsibility:

• Connect with customers and explain about us and our publishing packages and build good customer relations
• Provide solutions to their publishing need and close the leads
• Work on the initial screening of the manuscript and get the author-publisher agreement completed
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Skills:

• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Any other language you know is an advantage
• Handle stress and sales target
• Self-motivated
• Good negotiation skills
