Job Description: Telecaller
Job Summary:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for receiving and reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, providing them with information about products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a desired action. Your role will involve effective communication, rapport building, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Job Responsibilities:
Inbound Calling: Attending prospective and existing customers sales and enquiry calls.
Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective or existing customers with the goal of taking review for the product and service, promoting products, services, or obtaining information.
Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered in order to answer customer questions and address their concerns effectively.
Pitching and Presentation: Clearly and persuasively present product or service information to customers, highlighting its benefits and addressing any objections.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Handling Objections: Listen to customer concerns or objections and address them with appropriate solutions or information to maintain interest.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer responses and insights gained from calls to help refine sales strategies.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve overall organizational goals.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Patience and ability to handle rejection.
- Good listening skills and empathy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.\
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
