Job description:
· A Full Time MBA (HR) or MSW or MLM is preferred.
· Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist .
· Should have hands on experience in full life-cycle Recruiting process, including Sourcing, Posting, Interviewing, and Negotiating salaries
· Design, Create and Drive Performance Management Systems (PMS) with measurable data to ensure to ensure the best practice.
· Driving Talent Engagement Strategies and be able to understand the pulse of the organization
· Excellent Communication Skills in English is a must for this role.
· Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
· Managing HR budgets
· Payroll Management, ESI and PF Compliance
· Should have excellent knowledge of statutory Compliances under various Industrial Laws .i.e. PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labor Laws and Factories & Establishments Act Etc.
· Handling Exit Interview, joining formalities, Induction of new joinees, In-house activities related to Anniversaries, New Year and Festival Celebrations etc.
· Confirmation/Probation & Transfer Actions
· Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities.
· Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts
· Creating job descriptions up to date
· Develop and implement human resource policies and procedure
· Maintaining employee records and update as needed
· Implement and monitor the performance management system
· Establishing relationships with all employees in a professional, trustworthy, and open manner.
