Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Cum Senior Bridge Engineer to join our team in Jaipur. This senior-level role requires extensive expertise in structural and bridge engineering, along with strong skills in construction management. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in leading teams and overseeing bridge design projects while ensuring all engineering standards are met.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in structural engineering with a focus on bridge design (Mandatory skill).
• Proven expertise in construction management (Mandatory skill).
• Strong background in civil engineering with a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading and coordinating large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for design and drafting purposes.
• Solid understanding of geotechnical engineering and its applications in bridge construction.
• Experience in risk assessment to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team management and client interaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee bridge design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated engineering solutions and project success.
• Perform structural analysis and design for various bridge projects, using advanced engineering software and tools.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during the construction phase of bridge projects.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address project requirements and resolve any technical issues.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
