Roles and Responsibilities :

Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.

Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.

Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price.

Maintaining good relation with developer's sale team.

Informing clients about market conditions, prices, legal requirements.

Ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

Completing the sales targets.


Desired Candidate Profile

Good experience in Sales. -Good communication, presentation and retention skills.

Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.

A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.

Candidate Must possess excellent Communication skills and Presentable.
