Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate for our Food & Beverage Service team at Citadel Sarovar Portico Race Course Bengaluru. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, ideal for individuals with a strong background in restaurant management, banquet operations, and customer service.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Extensive knowledge of banquet operations (Mandatory skill), including event setup, coordination, and execution.
  • Outstanding customer service skills (Mandatory skill), with a focus on delivering high-quality dining experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and banquet services to ensure high standards of service.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to guests.
  • Manage banquet events, from planning to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Train and mentor the F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed, ensuring all F&B supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities to drive sales and enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B operations.
