• Collaboration with top level management to conduct human resource strategic planning,
• designing and implementation in order to achieve corporate goals.
• Manage HR operations- Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, offer letter to FNF formalities. Employee life cycle.
• Recruitment  electronic industry
• Employee Attendance Management, Employee Grievance, Policy Updating, and Administrative work.
• Employee Engagement
• Performance Management
• Generalist profile
