Role and Responsibility:
· Candidate should have a good knowledge about the electronic components.
· Should have a good communication skills and customer convincing power.
· Generating leads through cold calling, pitching, reference, and contacts gathering, emailing etc.
· Exploring new business opportunities and prospective customers by market research.
· Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
· To engage with the customers, understanding the needs of the customer, explaining the offerings of store & assisting them in choosing products according to their requirements.
· Explaining the Product details to the customers.
· Succeed in closing a deal, overcome objections, negotiating and convincing hesitant buyers to make the purchase.
· Handle customers query.
· Should be able to build and maintain customer relationships.
· Maintaining data of the customers.
Knowledge and Skill:
· A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electronic Engineering or ITI in Electronics
· Fresher/Graduate for internship in sales and Marketing of Electronics Components.
· Computer literacy.
· Good organizational, Negotiation skill and problem-solving skills.
· Current knowledge of Electronics Components industry trends and regulations.
Language Known: English/Hindi and any local language.
