The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:-
- Represent the company in the marketplace and get business on the company profile.
- Convert current clients to long-term collaboration.
- Get Business through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other sales platforms.
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
- Maintain existing business.
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success
- Generate own leads through Emails, LinkedIn, social media, etc. channels
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Do cold calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns, and schedule appointments to develop a territory plan and a pipeline of new clients and client engagements.
- Drafting business proposals according to requirements.
- Maintain leads through continuous follow-ups. Call/Email leads and close sales as required.
- Digitally promoting the company
Qualifications and requirements:-
- Candidate should have prior Sales / BDE / BDM experience in the Software Development Company (Mobile & Web)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.
