Skills
Education required:- Bachelor's or Masters in Human resources like MA(HRD), BBA in HR, MBA in HR, or any related degree in HR.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
-Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
-Efficient management and maintenance of staff records.
-Recruiting candidates from online job portals
-Screening, sourcing, and drafting job descriptions of job openings.
-Scheduling interviews.
-Assist the HR team with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.
-Employee documentation
-Maintain pay plan and benefits program
-Conduct employee onboarding with proper documentation and other formalities.
-Assisting in the organization's administrative work.
-Organizing Employee Engagement activities.
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
-Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
-Nurture a positive working environment
-Handling payroll management and performance appraisal.
-Assisting and organizing company events
Candidates must have:-
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Good negotiation skills
