Roles and Responsibilities:

- Candidate needs to have experience of at least 2 years of experience into Hospital Operation & Administrative activities.

- Candidate must have strong Client and Patient Relationship skills.

- Candidate must handle the recruitment activities of the complete unit.

-Promptly and diligently handle employee grievances.

- Candidate must have prior experience running payroll for 20+ employees.

-Prior experience with Healthcare / Hospital / Insurance industries preferred
