Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Understand and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience
