Job Overview

CIEL HR is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented mid-level Business Development professional specializing in Domestic Staffing to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in business development within the staffing industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and establishing strong client relationships. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years experience in business development or sales in the staffing industry.
• Exceptional skills in client relationship management and business strategy formulation.
• Ability to identify and explore potential business opportunities proactively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase business opportunities and client base for the domestic staffing services in the specified region.
• Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and build relationships with key decision-makers to gain new business opportunities.
• Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored HR solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and thorough market analysis.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with CIEL HR.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to drive competitive advantage.
• Provide regular sales and business development reports to the senior management team.
