Job Description for Manufacturing Engineering

1. He should have the CNC application knoweldges Turning and VMC's
2. He should be capable to write and execute the CNC Turning and VMC programs for new parts
3. He should be having the Autocad knoweldge to make the CNC programs
4. He should be capable of preparing process instructions and work instructions
5. He should have the knoweldge on engineering processes
6. He should be capable of preparing the process stage drawings
7. He should have cutting tools selection knoweldge and fixturing knoweldge
8. He should have the SAP knoweldge
9. He should be capable to handle new machines inspection and trails suppliers end to prove out the process
10. He should be capable to study the new drawings receiving from different customers
11. He should be capable of calculating the cycle time required to complete the job
12. He should be capable of establishing the complete process
13. He should be capable to make the shop floor layout
14. He should have the computer knoweldge
15. He should be capable of new process development, qualification and validation
16. He should be capable to commissioning of new machines coordinating with suppliers
17. He should be capable of planning and execution of activities
18. He should be capable of trouble shooting on process
