Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities and ensuring the quality of our software products. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Expertise in bug tracking and defect management
• Experience in test planning and test case generation
• Proficiency in test automation using industry-standard tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the testing process
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and tools
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
• Identify and report bugs and issues
• Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve defects and improve product quality
• Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback on test artifacts
• Document test results and maintain test documentation
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
