CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Sales Manager to join our team. As a Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving software sales in the designated territory. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the software industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the restaurant and hotel industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Present and demonstrate software solutions to clients, both in-person and remotely
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to the product development team
