As a Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in Java programming and a strong background in team leadership and software architecture design.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions in Java
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development
• Managing technical aspects of SaaS software development flow.
