• 7 to 10 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js, MySQL, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers on technical aspects and best practices.
• Design and develop scalable and robust Java applications and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
• Review and enhance existing code for performance optimization and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
