Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and defining solutions to improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Experience in project planning and coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of the restaurant or hotel industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
• Create and maintain project documentation, such as project plans and status reports
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure successful implementation
• Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase
• Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies in business analysis.
