Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. This is a full-time position located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The salary range for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Choice International Pvt Ltd has 1001-5000 employees.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of MIS systems and databases is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the MIS database to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure data integrity
• Develop and implement data collection systems and processes
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on operational performance
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
• Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests
