Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MIS Coordinator to join our team at Choice International Pvt Ltd. As the MIS Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data management and reporting to support our business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an MIS Coordinator or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of LOANS and NBFC industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Generate and maintain reports on a regular basis using Microsoft Excel and other tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and information for reporting purposes
• Develop and implement data management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure data privacy and security by following company policies and procedures
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Provide support to other teams in data-related queries and issues
• Assist in developing and maintaining databases for data storage and retrieval
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MIS coordination
