Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree Company secretary accustomed to corporate law 
• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good understanding of corporate governance principles and practices
• Experience in handling legal and regulatory matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of appointment scheduling and effective coordination

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Help Start-up to get necessary registration, incorporation as per the prevalent statutes. Support business network to organize start-up awareness activities.
• Advise and train start-up about the best practices of financial prudence and financial management. 
• Interacting and collaborating with various stakeholders viz registered network of mentors and professional experts, incubators, empanelled angel investors, venture capitalists, SEBI registered AIFs and other stakeholders 
• Accessing various stake government schemes and incentives available for start-ups and handhold start-ups to avail the same. 
• Communicate with other departments of state government/PSUs as per the requirements. Preparation of the proposals/presentation according to the requirement of the donor/corporates/client 
• Approaching to the eligible corporates willing to spend CSR funds towards social needs of the state. 
• Well versed in preparation of presentation and sound reporting skills.
