➢ Interaction with RM and Branches as a Support System
➢ Inquires of RM / Branch and revert with resolution in a TAT.
➢ Provide product information and internal policies guidance.
➢ Training and Development for new Automations
➢ Coordinating with various internal teams or escalating complex matters
to higher authorities beyond TAT.
➢ Provide Exception reports and help ANWR to RM
Overall the RM Support desks at the head office will act as a crucial
support system, ensuring to RM for effectively manage client relationship.
KRA for this JOB :-
➢ Person known to Broking Operations (Stock Market) with experience of 2-3
years
➢ Specially DP / Settlement/EDP
➢ Knowledge of MS office, and well verse with MS Excel
➢ Knowledge and Awareness to use back office software Tech Excel / Class/
LD (Any 1 or 2)
➢ Good in communication, work as coordination between the Head office
Operations team and Business vertical.
