This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in test automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests, ensuring efficient test coverage and enhancing software quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years in a test automation role within dynamic software environments.
• Hands-on experience and proficiency in using Selenium for automating web applications to ensure test accuracy and efficiency.
• Sound knowledge in using Cypress to conduct end-to-end testing, improving application reliability.
• Proficient in using Jenkins for continuous integration and improving build and deployment processes.
• Experience in utilizing Appium for mobile application test automation, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Extensive knowledge of TestNG to execute test suites and manage test configurations flexibly.
• Must have experience in leveraging Docker for creating isolated test environments and containerization.
• Strong coding skills in Java and Python to develop robust test scripts and frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications, ensuring high test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application functionalities and user stories for creating effective test scenarios.
• Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and work closely with the development team to resolve identified defects.
• Continuously optimize automated testing processes to improve test reliability, coverage, and execution speed.
• Maintain documentation of test cases, test plans, and testing processes for future reference and audits.
• Identify and implement test strategies to address risks and improve software quality.
• Lead the integration of automated tests into the continuous integration pipeline to ensure regular feedback loops.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to propose and implement best practices in test automation.
