Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Specialist for a full-time, mid-level position at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience and a strong background in system integrations. This role requires expertise in NetSuite, billing, and system integration processes. The specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations across various software systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in NetSuite, billing, and system integration (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of Oracle and its applications for effective data management and integration.
• Experience working with SAP for enterprise-wide system coherence and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for enhanced client interaction and management.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline business processes.
• Expertise in API development and management for seamless integration between different software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage the integration of systems within the organization to ensure seamless operation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement integration solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to maintain high system availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system integration processes and solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to optimize system usage.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards related to system integration and security.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices in system integration.
