The role is open in various Indian locations including Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Noida.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in payroll management, reflecting a deep understanding of all payroll functions.
  • Expertise in Indian Payroll (Mandatory skill), essential for handling local payroll tasks efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience in Global Payroll Operations (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless global payroll processes.
  • Proficient in US Payroll Management (Mandatory skill), which is necessary for managing payroll operations in the US effectively.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, crucial for adhering to all tax and legal regulations.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing to manage payroll across different regions smoothly.
  • Proficiency in tax software tools, ensuring accurate and efficient tax management and reporting.
  • Ability to drive systems and process optimization to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Capable of tax compliance and issue resolution to address payroll discrepancies promptly.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for both local and international employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and tax requirements by maintaining current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the administration of global payroll operations, addressing challenges associated with multi-country payroll management.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and ensure financial correctness.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems, optimizing them for better efficiency and error reduction.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior payroll staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Analyze payroll data and generate reports to provide insights into payroll trends and issue resolutions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication across departments regarding payroll processes.
