We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, senior-level position requires a candidate with a substantial background in recruitment and human resource management, ideally possessing between 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The successful applicant will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process to support our growth and organizational goals.

  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, and networking.
  • Proficient in coordinating and managing interview schedules for multiple candidates and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Expert in screening potential candidates, assessing their skills and qualifications against job requirements to build a pool of trusted applicants.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey important information to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all hiring documentation is complete and complies with company standards and legal regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have team collaboration skills, demonstrating the ability to work seamlessly with hiring managers and HR team members to achieve recruitment objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source potential candidates through a variety of channels and engage them through initial contact and screening processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, providing them with necessary information and support throughout the process.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and maintain a comprehensive candidate database for current and future openings.
  • Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, consistent, and professional communication at all stages.
  • Contribute to team discussions for continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and collaborate with HR to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
